Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a street address with your order. If a P.O. Box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. Please call us at 1-855-817-4800 to ensure your order ships via this method.

How long does it take to ship a package?
We guarantee delivery in 7-10 business days for in-stock items and depending on your location. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There’s no extra shipping charge for backordered shipments, and credit card orders aren’t charged until they leave our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Our Fairytale Promise : We spent significant time selecting our amazing children’s apparel. Hopefully you will love the pieces as much as we do! If for any reason you aren’t happy with any item you receive, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we’ll gladly refund the full cost of the item. No questions asked. * shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded (unless it was our mistake).
How do I make a return/exchange?
Simple and Easy. Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If you are like the moms at Ladybugs and Lizards and the form disappeared in the wind, write us a brief note to let us know what you’d like us to do regarding your return or exchange. Please help keep the confusion at bay by including your name, address, phone number and email address. Place your item securely in a box to ship back to Ladybugs and Lizards. If you happen to have an extra second please let us know why you are returning the item…Knowledge is power when picking the lines we carry. Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address: Ladybugs and Lizards Attn: Return Department 1489 E. 15th Street, Suite 100 Edmond, Oklahoma 73013 Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange to arrive within two weeks. Credit card refunds will appear in your next billing cycle.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift it is no problem! You may request an exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Ladybugs and Lizards.
